If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Returned with the original packaging, accessories, and inserts when applicable

🚚 Return Shipping

For eligible returns approved within the 14-day return window, Valuran covers return shipping fees. Our support team will provide instructions for returning your item.

Customers must use the return instructions or return label provided by Valuran support. We are not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address or sent without prior approval.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed by Valuran within 3 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:
